Gaia’s Online Natural Healing Education Program

If I Can Heal, You Can Too is an educational training guide created from lived experience, research, and a deep respect for the body’s innate healing intelligence.

This long-awaited online program shares the real-life healing journey of Liz, host of Gaia’s Wounded Healers Podcast, and the principles that supported the restoration of her health, mobility, and vitality following severe illness, near-death experiences, and a life-altering spinal injury. After receiving a grim medical prognosis following a broken neck, Liz chose not to accept a predetermined outcome. Instead, she learned how to create the internal conditions necessary to support healing from within.

This program is not a quick fix, nor does it promise miracles. Rather, it is an educational and empowering resource designed to help participants understand how the body is designed to heal itself when provided with the appropriate support, environment, and knowledge. It offers hope through understanding rather than fear or dependency—reminding us that the body is not broken, but often overwhelmed.

Rooted in lived recovery, research, and practical insight, If I Can Heal, You Can Too presents the embodied practices, foundational knowledge, and real-world wisdom Liz used to support her immune response, clear healing pathways, and restore balance. The course empowers participants to better understand their bodies, reconnect with their internal healing capacity, and take an active, informed role in their own healing journey—regardless of age, diagnosis, or financial circumstances.
