Gaia's is almost ready to publish the training program RETRAINING THE BODY TO STOP THROWING INFLAMMATION based off the presentation "If I Can, You Can Do It Too" Our bodies can heal themselves naturally from within if given the right conditions for prices everyone can afford. The information is inspired from Liz's healing journey, & experiences, the knowledge she used to heal herself naturally, turned on her bodies internal healing abilities, clear her pathways, & restore her mobility, defying the medical systems fate for her after her neck was broken.

Bringing Warmth, Compassion, & Healing to the Homeless in the Vancouver Community December 2025
Donated healing & life coaching services to the homeless, & passed out donations in the form of herbs, rain ponchos, rain boots, and over $1400 worth of Transformation Herbal Salve out to the Homeless over a 3 week span from November 21, 2025 - December 9, 2025.
This project touched our hearts and the research that we did touched our hearts. There are many gaps in the systems failing the most vulnerable population in our society. So, we decided to step up, build bridges & expand the campaign into the Humans Helping Humans Heal Nationwide Project

Liz, & Pepper 🌶 just started posting on Gaia's Wounded Healers Podcast. We are still in the learning process... but we are so very excited to get it together & make it better & better each week. The podcast is about teaching cooking with herbs & healthy foods, teaching growing organically year- round in extreme conditions, teaching natural techniques & remedies to turn on the bodies healing abilities... sharing knowledge & research from our own experiences.

What GaiasNHF Project List
The knowledge to heal oneself has mostly been lost, leaving people to be healed at the mercy of a broken medical system to fix them.
We at Gaia's Natural Healing Foundation believe healing comes from the Earth through: herbs, & good healthy foods, through natural techniques. Our focus is to revolutionize the healing process & empower people to be able to heal themselves with Natural Remedies & Natural Techniques again. Our bodies are designed to heal from within if given the right conditions to do so. Gaia's focus is to teach people Holistic Healing.
Gaia's Natural Healing Foundation is about more than educating people... Gaia's is also about instilling compassion, hope, and nurturing communities to grow hope, love, kindness, healing, & self-sufficiency.
Projects Gaia's is working on:
1) Gaia's wants to go into communities and purchase 5 to 10 acres of land and build geothermal greenhouses underground. Hiring the homeless, providing a small income, food, & herbs to heal & teaching them to how to eat healthy, how to heal themselves with herbs, foods, & balance. Teach them to be self sufficient, and teach them a skill for their future... instilling hope, love, & light at the end of the tunnel.
Gaia's intends to setup these greenhouses & healing day shelters for the homeless as part of the Humans Helping Humans Heal Project across America & maybe even Globally... Teaching people new skills & knowledge to grow their own Organic Herbs & Foods year round even in extreme environments. How to heal themselves naturally... keeping them out of the emergency rooms. Providing day shelters helping bridge the gaps helping people navigate through the systems so they can actually get the help they need. And, bringing in natural healers to hold space for them & helping them heal the trauma from chaos & homelessness.
To me, Gaia's means healing comes from the earth. We need projects like this teaching people skills to feed themselves & heal themselves. Gaia's intention is to give people in these communities hope & knowledge for a better tomorrow.
2) Gaia's is in the process of sponsoring an Online Raffle. 50% of the pot will go to the winner, 50% of the pot will go to projects Gaia's is involved in helping others.
3) Gaia's is in the process of sponsoring a Silent Auction. Auctioning off dinner & a personal session with Liz clearing pathways, learning natural remedies & techniques promoting the conditions to restore health & mobility.
4) Gaia's is in the process of a special recognition program, celebrating people for being role models & inspiring people in their communities.
5) Liz is going to start doing Retreats with Master Kwasha very soon.
6) In the near future Gaia's will be starting a monthly newsletter, with techniques for healing, cooking with natural herbs & healing, growing naturally year-round, all sorts of things.
