After surviving a near-fatal injury and being told her body would never fully recover, Liz learned how to activate her body’s natural healing intelligence, restore mobility, and reclaim her health from within.
Liz generously donated this Guide to Gaia's Natural Healing Foundation for Fundraisers purposes.
This program is built on a simple truth: the human body is designed to heal when given the right conditions—without inaccessible or unaffordable solutions. Through practical insights and embodied tools, Liz shares the practical knowledge she used to awaken her immune response, clear internal pathways, retrain our immune system response, and defy the limits placed upon her.

6) Gaia's will be creating a Nationwide database for Energy Healers, Reiki Masters, Sound Healers, Holistic Practitioners of all kinds to join, so that people can connect & find reliable sources for healing.
